If we are unable to get a clear view via our map we do sometimes need to come out for a site survey.

As with all residential ISPs, speeds listed here are the maximum bandwidth rate,
and may vary slightly based on network utilization.
Our customers typically see the expected plan rate for 98%+ of service uptime, even during peak hours.
To verify speeds, speed tests should be conducted using Ethernet connected devices, not WiFi.
We always conduct a speed test on installation day to ensure performance expectations are met.
